Family day shows love and care
Besides the joy of the harvest, there are many enthusiastic activities that add happiness in November.On 24th November, Sanlux held the 2nd Family Day. Little kids came to the company, visited the workshop, learned about the skills and usages of fire, spending a warm and happy time with their parents and leaving unforgettable memories.
At the first meeting, the distance between the 19 children present was instantly narrowed through the interesting “Drumming and Passing the Belt” and “Flame Palm”. The oldest was only eleven years old and the youngest was only four years old. Among them, two groups of families are already the third generation of Sanlux people. After that, Mr. Chen Xiaojun, Minister of Production, led the little Sanlux people to explore the magical factory and see the place where their parents work hard. The firsthand experience made the children have a deeper understanding of their parents' work. They held flowers to give to the most lovely adults in their eyes.
The activity was held in Lanting Shengran Valley, which has beautiful scenery and is close to nature. Each group of families held a spark symbolizing the company's culture and family warmth. The children ran on the green field. Their paces were unstable but full of strength. When the last runner put the spark into the bonfire pot at the finish line. The “Passing on the fire” between parents and children was perfectly demonstrated here.
Fire is a symbol of the progress of human civilization and a necessity of life. For the young Sanlux people, mastering the skill of using fire is a key lesson for growth. Under the guidance of their teachers, they learned how to cut, saw firewood and make fire with flint. Sparks ignited the cotton, little flames leaped up, and the children's faces were filled with pride and joy. Flames are also vital in family life. The little sanlux people sat around the stove with their parents and shared the joy of cooking. The children excitedly listened to the corn kernels exploded in the pot and witnessed them transformed into golden popcorn in the firelight; sweet potatoes are slowly roasted over the coals, and the flames cast warm shadow on their faces, making the whole scene even more cozy and intimate.

In addition, a special afternoon tea in the forest as well as thoughtful and practical gifts was prepared for the children. The whole activity site was filled with a warm atmosphere, and the strong warmth, like the winter sunshine, gently penetrated into everyone's heart.

The second Family Day is not only an ordinary parent-child interaction, but also a profound inheritance of the company's culture, which closely intertwines the warmth of the family with the company's care, and jointly creates a new chapter of the company's culture.
