Sanlux Co., Ltd.(stock code: 002224), founded in 1984, is the first non-tire rubber product company in China and has been ranked among the top 50 small and medium-sized board listed companies for many years. The company's main products are rubber V-belts, including agricultural machinery V-belts, industrial V-belts, automotive V-belts, etc. Furthermore, the domestic market share has remained at around 30% all year round. It has been ranked first in China's rubber V-belt industry for 28 consecutive years, ranked among the top 50 in the global non-tire rubber product industry, a key high-tech enterprise in the National Torch Program, and a national advanced enterprise with quality and efficiency.

Sanlux adheres to the concept of strengthening the enterprise through science and technology. As a key high-tech enterprise in the National Torch Program, it has established technology-driven centers such as the Transmission Technology Research Institute, the provincial postdoctoral workstation, the provincial R&D center, and the provincial enterprise research institute. It subsequently established the Phoenix Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Center. Meanwhile, it has won provincial science and technology progress awards many times. Up to now, the company has 217 intellectual property rights, including 112 trademarks, 8 international invention patents, 23 invention patents, 71 utility model patents, and 3 software copyrights.

Sanlux products are mainly sold through dealers, and sold to end customers through regional dealers. After years of accumulation and development, it has more than 2,000 first- and second-level dealers across the country. 1984—1986

In 1984, Shaoxing County Zhoushan Rubber and plastic Hardware Factory was established to carry out plastic products and rubber V-belt business
In 1986, the plastic business was eliminated for rubber V-belts
Advancement Period

1987—1996

Completion of the registration of the trademark "SANLUX" in 1987.
Acquisition of three fellow companies in 1992, the first in the country.
In 1996, "SANLUX" appeared in the company name for the first time, and the foreign trade business was launched for the first time.
