In the morning of 29th, the board chairman Wu led the team to visit the vehicle assembly workshops of GAC-Wuling and LiuGong Group. There, there are modernized and standardized production lines, fully demonstrating the industry-leading manufacturing strength.

In the afternoon, the board chairman Wu, as the representative of Lead Jet Power, had an in-depth communication and negotiation with Tian Liusheng, the general manager of Guangxi Wuling Technology Co. Ltd. The two sides exchanged views on matters related to the joint venture company. Based on the common understanding of the industry trend and the principle of complementary advantages, the two sides successfully reached a consensus on cooperation and formally signed a joint venture letter of intent.
