"China's Resilience in Intelligent Manufacturing" documentary | SANLUX -- the tenacious road of the pioneers of Intelligent Manufacturing

In times of change, resilience is the constant driving force that pushes us forward. At the time of the 40th anniversary of Sanlux, Sanlux was invited to make the documentary "China's Resilience in Intelligent Manufacturing". This documentary focuses on the development process of Chinese private enterprises under the social changes, and records the spirit and story of "resilience" and "intelligent manufacturing" displayed by outstanding entrepreneurs in the tide of The Times. Under the impact of market upheaval, Sanlux seeks change in the face of adversity, through technological innovation, management innovation and market expansion, from the traditional industry to break the restrictions,  to be the industry's intelligent manufacturing leader, has become an inspiring business example, but also become the highlight of the documentary. 

On Oct. 29th, the production team arrived at our company and started a 4-day filming, which mainly focused on brand and “character”.

Brand is the most direct expression of corporate image, but also the concentrated embodiment of the concept of "resilience" and "intelligent manufacturing". The lens focuses on the belt products, the production process and product technology of each workshop, which vividly shows the core competitiveness of Sanlux in the field of intelligent manufacturing; Through Sanlux's attitude towards products - Quality creates value, Sanlux wants to become a global industrial belt leader.

While enriching the product connotation of Sanlux, the “character line” is also an in-depth analysis of the core character of Sanlux -- Ms. Phoenix Wu Qiongying, the chairman of the board. Through the documentary filming of the chairman, such as the moment of focusing on planning the company's future blueprint, the moment of discussing solutions with the team and the detail of her life, not only captured her leadership wisdom, but also recorded how she carefully inherited and expanded the career of the old chairman. This process reveals how she, as the helmsman of enterprise transformation, is leading Sanlux gradually from success to excellence, and behind every decision, there is her deep love for the enterprise and ardent expectations for future development. Through these lenses, we witnessed how the company was revitalized under her leadership, and at the same time, we also witnessed how an entrepreneur closely intertwined personal emotions with the fate of the enterprise, and jointly wrote an extraordinary development chapter of Sanlux. At the same time, the program team also conducted a comprehensive interview with the company's management team, documenting the development of the company from its inception to today's industry leader.
